We’ve all heard that saying you are what you eat, but did you know that also means there’s a way you can eat your way to smoother looking skin? Try incorporating these cellulite reducing superfoods into your diet to perfectly complement your HYPOXI sessions!

Salmon 


We know that salmon has an abundance of glorious health benefits, but did you know that the omega-3 fatty acids found in oily fish is what helps to reduce inflammation and strengthen skin tissue? Mackerel and cod liver oil are also great options.

Dark chocolate 


This is not a drill! Dark chocolate (that is chocolate with a cocoa content of 80% or more) contains high amounts of antioxidants, which help fight free radicals and prevent damage to the skin cells, including cellulite formation.
Try and keep your portion capped to 1-2 squares a day.

Cayenne pepper

This spicy superfood works to warm the body, which boosts metabolism and increase blood flow and circulation, in turn working to reduce the look of cellulite. Add some cayenne pepper to hot water and lemon in the morning.
